Foreign Minister Receives Bahraini Counterpart in Riyadh

Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah received Bahrain's Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani on Sunday at the ministry's headquarters in Riyadh.

 During the meeting, the two ministers reviewed the close fraternal ties between their countries and discussed regional developments, the U.S.-Iran negotiations, and their countries' efforts to support regional security and stability. They also stressed the importance of safeguarding freedom of navigation in the Arabian Gulf.

 The two ministers also exchanged views on a number of issues of mutual interest.
