HRH the Crown Prince, Qatari Amir Discuss Repercussions of Military Escalation in the Region

His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, met today in Jeddah with Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
 During the meeting, they reviewed relations between the two brotherly countries and discussed the latest regional developments. They addressed the repercussions of the military escalation in the region, including risks to freedom of international navigation and the security of energy supplies, as well as its impact on the global economy. Additionally, they coordinated efforts to enhance regional security and stability.
 The two sides affirmed that the continued Iranian attacks on the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries and the targeting of vital and civilian infrastructure constitute a dangerous escalation that threatens the region's security and stability.
 The meeting was attended by a number of officials.
