Minister of Foreign Affairs Participates in GCC Foreign Ministers' Consultative Meeting

Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah participated via video conference in a consultative meeting with the foreign ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states.
 The ministers exchanged views on current regional developments and ongoing negotiations, exploring efforts to advance practical understandings that reduce tensions and strengthen regional security. The meeting also focused on intensifying coordination among GCC states regarding freedom of navigation and maritime safety in the Strait of Hormuz, aiming to ensure the rights of transit and the smooth flow of global trade in accordance with international law and the sovereign rights of all Gulf littoral states.
 Emphasizing the critical need for continued joint action, the foreign ministers underscored the priority of political and diplomatic solutions to create favorable conditions for building trust and reaching mutually acceptable resolutions.
