Eastern Region Municipality Drives Investment Growth with over 636 Opportunities in 2026

The Eastern Region Municipality launched more than 636 investment opportunities in 2026, spanning over 11.32 million square meters across a wide range of sectors and activities, to strengthen the region's position as an investment destination.

 The municipality noted that the investment portfolio includes several major projects across the region's cities and governorates, such as Global City Dammam, with an area of 625,000 square meters, the Bay Front Beach in Al-Khobar, and a racing circuit in Dhahran.

 These projects are complemented by a diverse range of waterfront, commercial, tourism, entertainment, cultural, and healthcare developments, reflecting the breadth of investment opportunities and their alignment with the needs and priorities of the region's cities and governorates.

 The municipality emphasized its commitment to developing the value of its assets by stimulating the investment environment and attracting high-caliber ventures that support economic growth and improve the quality of life.
