 The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has launched the Al-Haramain WhatsApp service, enabling pilgrims to access information and receive support directly around the clock. The initiative is part of the authority’s efforts to enhance service quality and improve communication with visitors.

 The service allows pilgrims to submit inquiries, feedback, and reports in seven languages via the number (966125746236), facilitating communication with visitors of various nationalities. It provides comprehensive information on services and organizational guidelines within the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque.
