ROSHN Group Launches Curated Collection of Villas in SEDRA Community

ROSHN Group has unveiled the first Curated Collection of villas in the SEDRA community in Riyadh, with show villas introducing new and exclusive designs within the community. This exclusive release introduces four new bespoke villa typologies designed to the highest standards, offering fully turnkey homes with integrated amenities, generous spaces, and premium finishes.
SEDRA Curated Collection villas are available in four- and five-bedroom configurations, catering to the needs of a wide range of families. Plot sizes start from 400 square meters and extend up to 650 square meters for the largest typology, with ceiling heights reaching up to 3.2 meters.
These villas offer a fully integrated lifestyle, featuring private swimming pools, landscaped gardens, and in-home elevators, along with parking for up to four vehicles and dedicated rooms for both a housekeeper and a driver, ensuring residents enjoy comfort and convenience.
The new designs of SEDRA Curated Collection feature premium interior finishes, such as high-quality kitchens with quartz countertops, concealed air conditioning units, top-end sanitary fixtures, and large-format windows. On the outside, the villas feature options of two new façades with modern designs, both inspired by Salmani architecture.
The Curated Collection will further complement the growth and diversity of the SEDRA community, which spreads over 20 million square meters in north Riyadh. SEDRA is already a thriving community with more than 3,000 families enjoying integrated lifestyle amenities such as mosques, retail outlets, restaurants, schools and sports facilities, as well as expansive green public spaces that provide enhanced quality of life in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
The new release of SEDRA Curated Collection is uniquely positioned near a natural wadi, with convenient access to the shopping, dining, and commercial areas of ROSHN Front, and just a 15-minute drive from King Khalid International Airport, opposite the Riyadh Expo 2030 site and Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University.
