NDMC Closes the July 2026 Issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program

The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) announces the closure of the July 2026 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The total amount allocated was set at SAR5.349 billion.
 According to an NDMC statement, the issuance was divided into five tranches. The first tranche has a size of SAR3.83 billion, maturing in 2031. The second tranche has a size of SAR515 million, maturing in 2033. The third tranche has a size of SAR204 million, maturing in 2036. The fourth tranche has a size of SAR300 million, maturing in 2039. The fifth tranche has a size of SAR500 million, maturing in 2041.
