Elm Signs MoU with Huawei to Advance Cooperation in AI and Digital Infrastructure

Elm, a leading provider of digital solutions, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Huawei Tech Investment Saudi Arabia Limited on the sidelines of LEAP East 2026, held in Hong Kong from July 8 to 10, 2026. The agreement strengthens cooperation in areas of mutual interest, supporting digital innovation and the development of technical solutions across key sectors.

 The memorandum was signed on behalf of Elm by Vice President of Strategic Relations Majed bin Saad Al-Oraifi and on behalf of Huawei Tech Investment Saudi Arabia Limited by Deputy CEO of Enterprise Business Wang Xu (Kellen).

 The agreement covers artificial intelligence, smart city applications, IT infrastructure, and technology-driven operational support, enabling both parties to draw on their combined expertise to develop advanced digital initiatives across multiple sectors.

 Elm’s participation in LEAP East 2026 reflects its strategy to expand its global footprint, build strategic partnerships, and pursue investment opportunities in artificial intelligence and future technologies, reinforcing its position as a trusted partner in advancing the digital economy regionally and internationally.
